Flying to Seattle for Christmas

...and then it really did go well

for about thirty minutes

Sledding Adventure

My Dad and I celebrated the end of his surgery rotation
with a little sledding (my first time)

Everything was going great

Until I had a bit of a spill

whoopsie

My Daddy gave me a little pep talk

and I got back on my sled

and had a lot of fun
(while hanging on a little tighter too)

I'm not sure who had more fun

me or my Daddy????

Thanksgiving

We arrived Seattle to frigid temperatures

and a power outage that lasted 4 days


So we sat in the one room of the house we tried to heat with an electric heater
(we had a generator that gave us lights, but not heat)

And froze
(I even had to wear a hat, shoes, multiple pants, and sweaters to bed)

and then one day the heat came back on

and I am so thankful for that

A Cookie

My Mom assumed that because she doesn't offer me cookies I wouldn't be tempted by a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie sitting on a nice plate

TayTay visits!!

This past weekend TayTay came to visit!!!

The three of us girls
walked and talked (a lot)

ate yummy food

and made lots of flowers

A LOT OF FLOWERS

We had the best time!!!!

Come to Michigan and maybe you can make fabric flowers with us too :)

I love my new wheels

except for when my parents make me walk

which they do frequently

until we all give up

First year wellness...or not

Yesterday I had my 1 year wellness appointment

I was suppossed to get shots, but instead I got...

102.5 fever
and a double ear infection
(and my Mom didn't even know)

Dr. Youseff prescribed the best medicine...

...apples
I wish!

We picked up my new medicines
but my Mom left the radio on while the car was off...whoopsie!

Here I am waiting for a good friend to "jump" our car

Halloween Friends

At times I (we in this picture) was a bit serious

Other times a bit scared

It didn't even help when the bride offered me her bouquet

But then I saw him...
